Password Security Requirements

Unfortunately, hackers and other neferious types are makng simple passwords to risky. Password requirements for the Clarity Console and online customer accounts must now meet the following requirements:

• At least 8 characters long
• Contains at least one character from the following four categories:
  • Uppercase letters
  • Lowercase letters
  • Numbers
  • Symbols - ` ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ - + = { } [ ] \ | : ; " ' < > , . ? /

We hate having to do this, but definitely 'better safe than sorry' applies.
