If there are participants in more than one location, we'll use the conference call functionality associated with the Adobe Acrobat Connect webinar service. Once the meeting starts, you can sit back and watch the demonstration while participating in the conference call. It is nearly as good as face-to-face, but doesn't require travel time or expenses. In order for the demo to be productive, you will need DSL, cable or some other high-speed connection that is NOT dial-up.
Once you have joined the webinar a pop-up window with conference call information will display which we will use if participants are in more than one location. If all of the participants are in one room, you can close that window and just dial our office, (919) 577-9901. After you have logged in, we will authorize you so you will be able to see what is being displayed on the presenter's (Clarity) computer screen.
