Earned Rate

The rate that an advertiser has earned based on volume or frequency of space or time used to obtain a discount.

Effective Frequency

The average number of advertising exposures that are necessary to produce a positive change in awareness, attitude or most importantly purchasing action.

Effective Reach/Frequency

The reach of a medium or media schedule at a predetermined level of frequency (as opposed to reach).

Exposure

"Open eyes facing the medium". Measurements are usually based on respondents who either say with assurance that they have looked into a given magazine.

Extranet (n.)

CCI's secure client communication, review and approval area. The extranet allows us to quickly and cost effectively communicate with our customers. For example, clients can review various work in progress, provide feedback and submit approvals.
