Integration is Key

In order to build brand awareness, it is critical to develop a common look and feel that your customers experience across all marketing efforts including, web, literature, business cards, business forms (invoices, statement of accounts, etc.), uniforms and vehicles.

Pull is Stronger than Push

Many marketers work on pushing product out to their customers. This is ofter a result of management needing "to make its numbers" in a quarter or at year end. Often times "pushing" products results in price reductions and lower margins for the seller.
