Kansas Roots was designed to curate ALL of K-State's recommended plants in one place, where consumers can plan selections ahead of time or search on a mobile device while shopping.

Kansas Roots helps consumers know what to plant, where to plant it and how to treat common problems that might arise.

The New Site Includes:

• Plant Library - Helping consumers find plants that will thrive in their corner of Kansas.
• Garden Center Locator - Connecting consumers with garden centers, and garden centers with growers (to buy local when possible).
• Integrated Pest Management Information - Integrating solutions for pests and environmental issues where consumers can easily find and use the information.
