e-newsletters

Great looking newsletters that are easy to create and publish

The newsletter "framework" consists of a design that compliments your website. You can then easily create the content of the newsletter with the tools. Options include:

  • Header graphic you can change with each e-newsletter if you like
  • Title & Volume & Issue
  • Introductory Text
  • 'Plant Centric' Articles
  • Article name, image and "starter" text
  • Conclusion Text
  • Footer graphic you can change with each e-newsletter if you like
  • Table of Contents (Auto generated but can be excluded from your enewsletter design)
  • Opt Out link

When a newsletter recipient clicks on either the image or "read more…," it opens the complete article, with optional detail image, on your website. Getting the reader to your site allows you to further increase your ability to communicate. Creating articles is easy; they can be added to a newsletter with a click of the mouse. If you have licensed either the Plant or Product database tools, you can link a specific product or plant to an article so the newsletter recipient can click through to the appropriate detail page.

Mailing List Management

The tool also gives you the ability to add, edit, and opt-out e-mail addresses as well as assigning them to one or more mailing lists such as "Corporate Customer," "Prospect", "Bricks and Mortar Customer" and "Location X Customer." Since you can add addresses manually or by importing a file, we assign site signups to their own category when they signup so you can track those registrations. You can preview any newsletter and send a test to ensure it looks the way you want prior to mass distribution. You have the ability to send as many newsletters as frequently as you need.

Unlimited Mailings at NO additional charge

You can use the E-marketing manager to send out e-newsletters, once a month, once a week or once an hour without incurring any usage fees. We want you to use this tool to help you build your business, so you won't be "penalized" for using it.
