Staff Profiles Editor

Show off your wonderful staff with the Management/Employee Profiles Editor.

"Meet our Staff" and similar pages of a site can use the Management/Employee Profile Editor to keep information up to date. The fields available include:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Position/Title
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • Department
  • Complete Profile
  • Company
  • Start Date
  • Zip Code Territory
  • Regional Territory

As is the case with all of the Clarity Console tools, the front end display of the data entered in the tool can be designed in any number of ways. We recommend a summary page that has a thumbnail image, staff name, position and e-mail address or telephone number. When the browser clicks on the name or thumbnail image, the complete detail record is displayed. You can also organize profiles into various categories such as "Board of Directors", "Executive Committee", "Sales Team",etc.
