Plant Data 'Research' and Input into our Online Plant Database

We have an online database of roughly 22,000 plants. We are constantly adding to it so our customers can create customized plant bench cards on www.GardenCenterMarketing.com. We are looking for a couple of horticulture students to work part-time to help with data entry.

Primary duties include:

Adding and completing plant records which consist of:

Ensuring scientific and common names are correct
Adding selling/descriptive bullet points
Adding Height, Spread, Hardiness Zone
Adding Characteristics (full sun, attracts butterflies, deer resistant, etc.) which you select from existing options
Uploading images

Skills Required

Accurate, quick typing
Good knowledge of plants
Good online research skills
Superior attention to details

This is a part-time, remote position. Pay is $10/hour.
