Uploading PRODUCT Data Via Excel
You can quickly create a robust product library on your website via an Excel import.
The image at the left and the downloadable PDF below have letters by the various pieces of information corresponding to the Excel column where you would add that content.
There are only 3 required pieces of information to add products to the website:
- Product Name (Column C)
- Short Description (Column D)
- Product Image (Column R)
All images must be JPG and RGB format. To ensure the images are clear, they should be at least 1,000 pixels wide.
Uploading Images
We will provide you access to our FTP server so you can upload all of your product images. We will run a program to associate the images with the corresponding product based on the file name. Please note, that the file name in the Excel spreadsheet must be an exact match to the image file uploaded to our servers.
More is Better
We strongly suggest you add more content than the 3 required fields. This will improve the probability the product can be found in Google searches as well as provide enough information to sell the product when it is viewed by your customers and prospects.
