In advance of your training on your Clarity Console tools, please work on putting together your new site content (text, images, videos). You can review your sitemap to determine what areas of your site you want to be working on.
Prepare your text in Microsoft Word, Google Docs or some other electronic note page. Do NOT format the content in your word processor. You will be able to format it in the appropriate Clarity Console tool. If you want a bulleted list, have each item on an individual line, but do not format the list as bullets. For example:

This is the second bullet
You guessed it, this is the third bullet
Once you have copied and pasted it into the tool, you can format it as bullets like this:

If you have an existing site, we strongly suggest you review it and update it vs. just a straight copy and paste.
To expedite image uploading, be sure your images are RGB JPGs. Also, if you have high-resolution images, our system will size them and optimize them for website use, but if you have slow Internet, you may want to use a photo editor to reduce their sizes down to 2000 pixels wide for home page slide show images and 1000 pixels wide for other images on your site. That will allow them to upload faster.
If you plan to add videos to your site, you will need to upload them to YouTube first. You can then add the embed code to your Clarity Console Video Manager.
