Clarity Connect is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continue to make changes to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

We aim to adhere to WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines, which states that sites should be:

  • Operable: User interface components and navigation must be operable.

  • Understandable: Information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable.

How We Support Accessibility

Rather than using automated overlay tools or third-party widgets, our site has been built with accessibility directly in its native code and will be maintained as such. This includes:

  • Keyboard Navigation: Ensuring all interactive elements can be accessed using a keyboard.

  • Semantic Structure: Using clear headings, landmarks, and alt text for images to support screen readers.

  • Visual Clarity: Maintaining strong color contrast and clear typography for readability.

  • Flexible Design: Ensuring content resizes and reflows gracefully across desktop and mobile devices.

Known Limitations

While we strive to adhere to accepted guidelines for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. The following may not be optimized for screen readers at this time:
